As a Production Packer in Harderwijk, you'll work on various production lines where quality and teamwork are paramount. You'll be on the line and perform light packaging tasks. As mentioned, the work isn't physically demanding, but you will be standing for a large portion of the day. Together with your colleagues, you'll ensure that production runs smoothly and that the packaging meets the required quality standards.
You'll work a 37.5-hour workweek. One week you'll work day shifts, the next week you'll work a two-shift system. This variety suits you, and you enjoy flexible working.
Your main tasks:
- Packing products on the production line.
- Cleaning and maintaining the production line.
- Identifying any irregularities and discussing them with the operator.
You will be working on a packaging line with 3 to 4 colleagues. The atmosphere is open and engaging. New employees receive excellent guidance so you can quickly master all tasks. - A gross hourly wage of €16.99, excluding a good shift allowance.
- Working in a day shift from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM or in a 2-shift system from 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM or from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM.
- A 37.5-hour workweek.
- From the age of 18, you'll start accruing pension benefits immediately.
Eisen
You work accurately and have an eye for quality. You are flexible with your working hours and can easily adapt to switching between day and shift work. You also enjoy working in a team and communicate clearly with colleagues in English.
Key job requirements:
- Fluent English is a plus!
- Willingness to work alternating between day and 2-shift work.
- You live in Harderwijk or the immediate vicinity.
- You are physically able to stand for extended periods.
- Experience is not essential, which is great. If you're willing, you'll make it.
